My sons History homework is ..Henry VIII converted back to the Catholic faith on his deathbed but what does this suggest about his actions against the Catholoc Church. Apart from his last words being Monks,Monks Monks we can not find any thing on Google which says that he convert back. Any ideas?

Can I ask what level your son is answering this question at? I don't know how this question would fit into the Scheme of Work for History in English schools, so is your son's school (guessing) in Wales?
I can't see a question of this type being set below A-level.
At GCSE or at A-level the student should be given the appropriate sources to attempt an answer. If your son is younger than year 10, I wonder what the teacher is playing at.
