Don't think he was ever a dictator but could be Mikhail Kalashnikov!

Or Molotov as in the cocktail?!

Thanks Allen but it can't be that since my 11 years old daughter was asked that in school and i don't think that Stalin's penis is school material.

The Dictator was a cannon type weapon in the American Civil War. It was used at the Siege of Petersburrg, Virginia in 1864.
Not sure if this is what the school are looking for, but the WWII Soviet IS-2 heavy tank was named the 'Josef Stalin'.

Also, this is just officially conjecture, but Josip Broz was dictator of Yugoslavia from 1945 to 1980 under the name 'Tito'. An old pre-war communist spy claims that in the 30s Broz was one of his agents. Rather than use his real name Brox always used to sign off his messages using names of pistols, particularly the Soviet TT-33. As the theory goes, over the years more and people would verbally call him by his codename, so he decided to call himself 'Tito'.

That's the story anyway...
