If they are anything like human men, then 3 inches is sized up to 8 inches.

What an odd question. A male walrus' penis is completely internalised. It does however have one of the largest bacula (penis bones) of the animal kingdom. A fossilised baculum recently sold at auction was about four and a half feet long. When the pinis is extended it is about 3 feet long. If you want to see for yourself there are plenty of clips on youtube of said organ. Viewer discretion is advised
