From the rugby-club song, The Good Ship Venus. The rigging is the ropes etc of old sailing-ships and 'frigging' is a word meaning 'masturbating'. Just one of the varied activities of the crew of the said vessel!
Another line involved the ship's 'planking', so perhaps you can work out what word rhymed with that.
an engineer told me before he died (burrum t1tty bumbumbum) about a ship that was so wide (barrum)
"the Captain of that Lugger
was a dirty b*gger who wasn't fit
to shovel sh1t from one place to another"

It's an old song by the Sex Pistols. RIP Sid
Sorry Trakcab but the song predates the 'Sex Pistols' by many a long year. They were unable to come up with anything original but merly adapted other peopl's clever and hard work. Let's face it they found it hard enough to sting two words together let alone comppose anything:-)
