the real creme of the crap on sky can be found on the shopping channels where they get stupid american actors that have never tried the product to say how great it is. i remember seeing this ab thing were u put on a big belt that vibrates and its supposed to tone ur muscles and they get a photo of the actor looking really fat and miserable then one of them in a bikini with perfect abs and a big smile. pathetic but thats sky. well the shopping channels at least.
