I can't answer for the sources of the names Hanta and Ebola, but it is certain that Lassa fever is named specifically after a village called 'Lassa' near the town of Mubi in north-eastern Nigeria. So, it assuredly fits the question's demands precisely.
Hanta Virus was nameds after a river in Korea, where it was encountered by US troops during the Korean war.
but hantaviruses are a subtype of zoonotic febrile viruses...
