Romans never used such precise, high numbers, so I wonder why you would want to use their figure-system to do so!

To indicate many thousands, they used the basic figure and drew a line above it. (I don't know of a way to illustrate that here.) Thus VII with a line above meant 7,000. 33,000, therefore, would be XXXIII with a line above and 516 is DXVI.

I'd be fascinated to discover what you mean to do with this - really non-existent - figure.
