It's inevitable that the five known women murdered by Jack the Ripper have descendants alive today. Does anyone know of any? Do any of these descendants have theories as to who killed their ancestor etc etc?

There is an excellent site about the victims and where they lived, witness statements, character statements at the inquests. Some of the family members are mentioned in detail. All the victims have been traced on the 1881 census I believe and their relatives are mentioned . Just google for it and you will come to the site. My ex husband's grandmother was born in the same tenement one of the victims was found in, reading the accounts make the victims seem very real, it is fascinating how much forensic analysis and physical and factual evidence was gathered.
