The Pomme D'Or was the Naval Headquarters on the island and office of the German Harbourmaster if that helps.
I know they used Elizabeth Castle in St Aubins Bay as a fortification, but I suspect you are looking for the Ommaroo?

Although The Cin� is also one of the two cinemas on Jersey, the other is the Odeon, which served as the German army headquarters during the occupation in World War II
