My goodness, you'll be the belle of the ball.
When I was in am-dram I had to wear one for a role (I'm sorry, I can't recall which play it was) & found it surprisingly easy to keep in place.

You need a decent ridge above the eye & the ability to "scrunch" your face in that direction :-)
Dead easy...spot of superglue does the job.
