In the 1938 Kelly'sBusiness Directory for Liverpool (via www.ancestry.co.uk) has 61 Lord Street listed as Venice Chambers, with a whole host of small companies occupying space there. Hope this link works and takes you to the ancestry page:...

Thank you all! One of my group remembers the Pudding Club! We are trying to find out it's use in the 1950's? The best guess we have so far is a Chinese Restaurant?
