Transferring Music From Pc To Versus Touchpad 7

My son has the above mentioned tablet and on trying to put music on from pc it comes up saying something like storage in use. His brother has a versus touch tab and although virtually identical models all we did with that was plug in with USB and it came up on the media player and we were able to transfer. The touchpad doesn't appear to register on pc screen anywhere.

try a different usb lead it sounds like you are using a charging lead and not a data cable.
