The current Duke of Devonshire (Andrew Robert Buxton Cavendish) lives at Chatsworth, Derbyshire. He is the 11th duke and the dukedom was created in 1694. The county of Devonshire, of course, doesn't exist. It's an affection for the otherwise-splendid county of Devon.
