Well I wasn't sure which category to put this in, but anyway.

I've post a few "Do you remember" questions but this is a have you ever....

In youthful times, every year, I purchased a football sticker album and spent the remaining 8 months of the season spending vast amounts of pocket money trying to find the elusive FA Cup silver sticker or trying to swap the four copies of Terry Butcher that I had.

But the question is, has ANYONE actually finished a whole panini football sticker album? I know of no one who has, not even the rich kids at school managed it. SO Urban Myth? The completed Sticker Album?

I did when i was at school, cant remember which one though
The completed sticker album never existed (not in my school anyway)
Rooser, I never completed one mate, I think there was probably more chance of me becoming the next James Bond.
when i was about 8, we had spicegirl cards that most of the girls in the year were collecting. the vast majority of them eventually completed the collection. can't think why people would want spicegirl cards though!

Thanks to Octavius whos ebay insights have uncovered an astounding attic memento in the form of an 82 panini football sticker album. I still, however, have grave reservations about it completeness, but am willing to bid higher than the 5.51 that it's going for at the moment to find out.

Anyone fancy going halves?

pjm007 you are absolutely right.......

Nah, the pages are all curled up apparently, and it's only 23 years old...
I did twice. The 1970/71 season and the 1970 World Cup one. Years later, my mother threw them out when I was at college. How could she.....?
I would sue her for 5.51 per album

I remember a FAME one (not football sorry) that I did actually complete in the 80s. I did cheat though and send off for the last few stickers - there was a form on the inside of the cover...

Five Star was a whole four pictures. And Tiffany.

Wonder if my parents still have it at home somewhere...
