I'm currently researching the Roy Hall/Roy Fontaine/Archibald Hall/ Monster Butler case for a TV documentary. Does anyone know the whereabouts of Michael Kitto or any of his family members? Any information would be very much appreciated!

Actually, I think I can be more help to you and your Documentary by just telling you how I'm looking him up.
Prepare to be amazed at my ground-breaking idea to... Look up Michael Kitto on Google.
But how I did it doesn't matter, I searched his name and clicked on a link to a Website named "LinkIn" there I found 10 Profiles for 10 Men called Michael Kitto, most of them if not all had available locations.
