Referees Headsets can you scan?

I am watching the match on Sky and I am wondering can a radio scanner pick up the signal from the referee and lines mans headsets? ,I know that the police and emergency services are no longer using equipment that can be picked up .Apart from aircraft what else can be listened in too.
