Can anyone recommend a good Music Sampler for the PC. Something like Ejay. I have only used the very early Ejay ones so if the latest ones are any good then please let me know. I want a simple to use one.

The later eJays aren't too good to be honest. Anything up to Dance eJay 3 was great but then it got overly complicated.

I use Fruityloops (also known as FL Studio) to make music now. It's fairly straightforward and can produce some extremely professional sounds. In fact, I had a club record released in 2003 using that software.

I downloaded Fruityloops free demo last night but have yet to try it. I'll give it a go.
The best way I found to learn it was to follow the manual and the step by step tutorials. Otherwise it can seem very complicated especially if you have no musical training.
Magix music maker is good. I bought the Garage edition back in 2003.
