is the a scan i can run, or specs i can look at to find wat power is been given to my graphics card, im thinking of upgrading graphics card and know i can only get one at the power i have ?

You need at least a 400W psu, however, I have one of these - 650W Atrix ATX Silent PSU (Dual Rail12v) which cost �39, I have just upgraded my motherboard and processor and already had an Nvidia 8800GTS card, and my system is perfectly stable.

that is the card im thinking of getting, wud it work in a Pentium 4 , 3.6g (prescott class) 1gig ram? i know i have the right pci-e x16 connector 4 it, its just whether everything else is right?
Yes, it would work, but I would definately get a dual rail PSU, and perhaps another 1gig ram.
