Gabriel Knight 1 & 2 are quite good mystery ones. I am currently playing mystery of the druids which is quite good too.

im also after games where you get to explore new worlds etc and prefebly without fighting lol

Well you could try the Elder Scrolls series (Morrowind and Oblivion), although there is some fighting in them, they are brilliant adventure games. And depending on whihc type of character you choose to be, and what story lines you follow, you can do a lot of the game without actually fighting.

I am currently hooked on Oblivion at the moment!
