My son is looking to build a gaming pc so I did some googling and found this website...

http://www.pcspeciali...tel-gaming-computers/

My days of knowing pc specs and pricing are long over so was wondering if someone with knowledge in this area could take a look and let me know how they look price-wise.

He is looking at something in the £1k price range to make it relatively future proof...for the short term anyway!

Thanks.

Doesn't look too bad. Compare and contrast here: http://www.nsysonline...cyclone-v2-1771-p.asp
PC Specialist have been around a long time and are often mentioned in pc magazines for supplying good kits. You can re-configure a lot of their stuff, but it's easy to get carried away!!

Don't forget to allow for keyboard/monitor etc.
These people have gaming pc's. I also use them for any parts I need and would recommend them.

Last time I built a PC I took advice from the http://www.bit-tech.net/ site. Their buyers guide went dormant for a while but has been updated recently.
