Windows easy transfer didn't complete

I've recently bought a new Desktop PC, and I used the Windows Easy Transfer program to transfer everything from my old PC.
This was very good, except that it was taking several hours, so I left it to carry on on its own, and when I came back to it a couple of hours later, the new PC had gone into sleep mode, and I couldn't wake it up by the usual methods, so I had to force a shutdown.
Now I don't know whether I need to start again from scratch, as I know a lot of files haven't been transferred but don't want others copied over twice.
