Mine isn't working, I bought it brand new, limited edition, any tips on how to get it working, or anyone not going online with theirs and willing to give me their code??

From where did you buy it? Take it back!

Anyone who gives you a code here will have used it because I fail to see why someone would buy something and not, use it I mean ...
Are you sure you entered the number correctly? When it first came out quite a few people had a similar problem so it may be worth Googling. I think EA said it wasn't their fault and to go to the retailer. I would certainly take it back as faulty goods.

I rang the retailer and he told me to ring EA, but its a premium rate number :L what should I do, just take it back to the store and tell them that EA said to?

Your beef is with the retailer, not EA

I bought it from Garinger Games and they say it's on EA's back not theirs
Regardless of what they say it is their issue they will need to take it up with EA Games

Print it off, go and show them, threaten with trading standards
