More questions than answers

ONCE again visitors to The AnswerBank have come up with some intriguing food and drink-related questions in the last few days.

Some questions you think you can answer straight away such as the difference between a raisin and a sultana, and where to buy white chicken eggs .... and then find you can't.

Some questions that look innocuous, such as the number of calories in a teaspoon of sugar, or greek yoghurt, and the number of calories a woman should consume in a day, but then you find you can't get them out of your head until you know the answer.

And some questions that you just know are best left to the experts, such as the increase in consumption of organic food.

We were also tested with recipe requests forstir-fried Brussels Sprouts and Green Thai Curry Paste.
