Serves 4

Cookies taste great, but the dough tastes just as good, if not better, straight out of the freezer with a little vanilla ice cream. For any sugar addict, chocoholic or junk food fiend this is a perfect recipe, it is indulgent, delicious and very childish. Cookie dough is perfect for a girl’s night in, or a tasty snack while watching a film, and a great recipe to do with children. You don’t need to bake or cut anything; it is a safe easy recipe that children can get messy and stuck into it.

Yes this cookie dough can be baked, but why on earth would anyone want to do a thing like that, it is very delicious as it is.

Ingredients

  • 100g flour
  • 70g white sugar
  • 60g brown sugar
  • 60g butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 45ml milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 90g chocolate chips

Method

  1. Mix the salt, brown sugar, white sugar and butter together, until fluffy.
  2. Add the milk and vanilla extract then gradually sift the flour in and mix together, until it becomes a dough.
  3. Roll into a sausage shape and freeze until ready to eat or bake.
  4. To bake, slice the sausage shape dough and place on a greased baking tray, bake for 10 to 20 minutes until golden.
