sorry recipe is what i meant
I heard a brilliant recipe for mini banoffees the other day - mash bananas, put in tiny pastry cases and bake - just before the end, put a rolo in top of each one so it melts then sets hard. Sounds yummy to me, but I haven't tried it.
Walk into Waitrose - turn left - chiller cabinet - excellent Bannoffie pie. (Bit too time- consuming to make).
I heard another one at the same time, for jaffa bites - fill pastry cases with marmalade, bake, then just before end put a large chocolate button on the top, quick melt then let it set hard. Mmm.
mmmmmm well when you do try it boxtops, let's try some, sounds yummy!

I got this recipe from the originator of Bantoff pie ( as it was called then )

Bake a pastry case blind
Boil a can of condensed milk for three hours ( not punctured or opened )
when cold spread over pastry base, cover with sliced bananas
whip double cream & add two good teaspoons instant coffee and spread over bananas.
