Sieve a tin of baked beans collecting all the beautiful sauce and crumble in some feta cheese. Add lemon rind and boil. Place olives on a plate and pour the mixture over the top. Serve with bread.

Hope this helps
There are lots of lovely looking recipes on this website:-

http://www.greek-recipe.com/index.php

I particularly liked the look of the spanakopita (spinach pie), the black eyed bean salad (you could use a can of cooked beans, to save time), the second greek salad, the stuffed zucchini (courgettes), the green beans in tomato sauce (have a peek at the second image..yummy!), the fried cauliflower and the aubergine croquettes - I haven't even looked at the desserts yet, either ! Ensure you have a supply of pitta breads and some psomi (a crusty Greek bread you should be able to get in a deli) or just some french sticks, sliced diagonally as well as Greek wines.

Have fun !
