Rusty lee's meatloaf?

I saw rusty make a meatloaf on the tv (sorry cant remember which programme now either) it was a while ago, but it looked absolutely delicious, can anyone help me in finding the recipe or does anyone have it, please please! I'm dying to make and try it! It will be very much appreciated, Thanks in advance! x
