There's good reason this one is called The World's Best Brownie Recipe:

Vegetable oil cooking spray
8 ounces (2 sticks) butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1/3 cup pecans, coarsely chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a 13 by 9-inch pan with vegetable oil spray.

In a glass or ceramic bowl, melt the butter in the microwave. Whisk in the sugar, eggs, cocoa, and vanilla. Stir in the flour and salt. Add chopped semisweet and bittersweet chocolates and pecans.

Spread the batter in prepared pan. Bake about 25 minutes, just until brownies test moist but not wet. Cool completely before cutting.

(This is our U.S. recipe, so you'll have to do the extrapolations for grams, etc.)

There's a site called Biscuit-Recipes that probably has it. Its at www.biscuit-recipes.co.uk.
try this one
Chocolate Brownies

4oz Butter
5oz plain chocolate
1lb caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8oz self raising flour
2oz good quality cocoa powder
8oz Mayonnaise (yes, really)
8fl oz water

1. Melt Butter, Sugar and chocolate, with the 8fl oz water, in a pan, and stir gently, until all ingredients have melted together. Allow to cool a little.

2. In another bowl, sift the flour and cocoa powder together, and add the mayonnaise, then pour in the melted chocolate mixture, add the vanilla, and beat until smooth and lump free.
(A few chocolate chips could be added at this stage)

3. Pour mixture into a lined tin, I use 6x12, but you could use anything similar. Bake for about 1hour at 325F/170C/gas3.
There should be a very slight wobble in the middle when done. Leave to go cold in the tin.

I always sprinkle a few chopped nuts on the top, before baking.
