I am about to make this from his new desserts book and wondered if anyone out there has made it yet ? We are being a bit naughty today as we are having a roast dinner in a bit and then we will have the pud(all being well)about 8 oclock tonight.I have bought some clotted cream aswell.I know !! Will eat really healthily for the rest of the week.Honest......................
