Can anyone please tell me where can I buy vol au vents and other canapes like small bread in London, Surrey, Berkshire, Sussex or Hampshire? I need to get them for a party I'm hosting before next week! Thanks!

Do you want them ready made or are you going to do some prep yourself. Most supermarkets do frozen vol-au-vent cases then you could fill them with cream cheese and salmon or prawns in rose marie sauce. How about going part baked bagettes and then topping them with passata and emmenthal cheese and then popping them in the oven for a few mins.
Waitrose are usually very good at this sort of stuff, though most supermarkets are now starting to stock Christmasy type food - have a look in the freezer sections.
Iceland will probably have loads of party food in stock at this time of year.
if you are gonna make them yourself,

thinkn kids party food but add 30 years onto it:

onion cheese and pineapple = prawn olive and feta

mini pizzas = shop bought frozen vol au vents

open top half bread rolls with tuna ham or grated cheese

shop bought panini cut into little pieces with parma ham emmanuel cheese sliced and vine tomatoes

i cant remember where, but i saw mini quiches a few weeks ago, they were about 1 inch circles, and looked great

i might be going along the wrong line here, if you want a complete canape buffet laid on proffessionally ill try and find a few links..
