Yes very good question. Im glad that im not the only one seeking this recipe.
I have just come very very close to making this sauce.
excuse the random ingredients but it works, its just not bright red....

2 red onions raw
4 dollops of mayonnaise
3 tablespoons of red balsamic vinegar
4 teaspoons of sugar
2 table spoons of tomato sauce
half a tea spoon of crushed garlic
half a tea spoon of crushed chillis.
half a red pepper
dash of worcester sauce
salt and pepper
tin of chopped tomatoes
pinch of basil
and a small splash of beetroot juice
shove it altogether in a blender and add corn flour or flour untill its thick enough.

hey presto.

let me know if its any good. i thought it was fantastic

Tomato Ketchup, French Dressing and half a teaspoon of chilli flakes ( Or as many as you think gives the same taste ) is the closest I've got to creating the sauce from harvester
Tomato paste, Spirit vinegar, Rapeseed oil, Modified potato starch, salt, water, sugar, guar gum, xanthan gum, garilc, onion powder, red pepper, lemon juice, food colouring (beetroot red, plain caramel, curcumin), celery, potassium sorbate, herbs (the bottle doesn't state what though), spices (again doesn't state what)
