you should check your local health food shops. most of them cater to a lactose intolerant diet.

When my neice was small she had an allergy to cows milk and the only chocolate bar that she could have was Frys Chocolate Cream.
Asda has it in their 'free from' section.
Holland and Barret stock it and Ive seen it in Morrisons too.
