Hmmm... apple crumble and custard is my favourite. I made a lovely bread and butter pudding recently as well.

My granny makes Apple pudding, i don't know if you have it where yous are (we live in newcastle). Just suet and apples steamed then you have milk and sugar on it! Gorgeous

my fave is an italian dessert called torta di riso, is basically a rice pudding tart, sounds weird but its gorgeous!!

Summer is on it's way. Hooray - time for bananas, halved, in tin foil jackets, steeped in Pussers Rum, raisins in the middle, cooked on the BBQ. served with proper ( from a farm) Cornish Ice Cream.

winter - marmalade bread and butter pudding, summer - predictably - summer pudding, both with clotted cream

Sticky toffee pudding (from Cartmel - see Rick Stein's 'Food Hero's) with clotted cream. Calorific guilt combined with hedonistic pleasure. Sinfully good!

Cold Panna Cotta with a light drizzle of toffee syrup is divine!!!! or just a simple bread and butter pudding with hot vanilla custard!!! my sister used to have a Twix bar with custard on top which is lush!
