How long to chick peas 'keep' for?  I soaked them overnight Saturday and cooked them yesterday morning - when should I stop eating them (I kind of overdid it!)

Hi natalie_1982. 

They will be ok for a few more days.  Make sure you keep them in the fridge though.

They freeze brilliantly, I soak & cook a batch & then freeze them so they're ready to use.

(If you're making hummus, try adding some mint!)
