We were given a large tin of biscuits for cheese and apart from a couple of types. we do not like the rest. Has anyone got any recipes to use these up. If they were sweet I would make cheesecake bases, but as we do not eat eggs cannot make similar such as quiche.

you could experiment and make a savoury cheesecake by substituting sugar with grated cheese, onion, garlic, paprika, herbs, ham, mushrooms, etc. might be worth a try..
If you whizz them up in a blender they might make a good substitute for breadcrumbs - though now I think of it, most of the things I make with breadcrumbs (meatballs, fishcakes, breaded Camembert etc) involve eggs as well to make them stick!
