Old Heineken Ad from the 90s

I am looking for an old Heineken advert from the 1990s. The gist of it involved a good looking but penniless man who is plucked from the street (maybe France/Italy, but it's in English) by a rich lady, who provides him with 'handmade shoes' and nice suits. He recounts this to a friend, with the backdrop of the lady handing him a glass of champagne. The friend says 'it's like, it's like she owned you', to which the man says 'not quite' and it shows him refusing the champagne and opening a Heineken.

Does anyone know the name of this ad or where I can find it? I searched and searched...
