When I make these, my family complain that it is a 'dry' dinner.

If you eat these, do you make gravy to accompany the chicken??

Or a sauce???

oh ive just hadthis for tea

I did tonights with stemed veg and mash, with chicken gravy over the veggies and mash

other times i do them with salad and new potatoes so leave it dry
Shouldnt need a gravy
we have that from time to time - perhaps you are cooking it too long or at too high a temperature, so the meat is drying out. I've done it with a cheese sauce once.

I guess I'm gonna have to reduce my cooking time!
lovely with bread sauce
I would have hollandaise sauce, certainly not gravy
I sometimes serve with ratatouille for moistness. Also nice with a blob of cold half fat creme fraiche
I pour some wine in the dish with mine. Then take the chicken out. I used some garlic and herb cheese which I stir into the wine with some tarragon. Cook for a bit and you have a lovely creamy sauce.

That sounds nice Barmaid.
It is for tomorrow so I will be trying that out.

Thanks everyone.
nice served with gravy using cranberry sauce as a flavouring
Ooh, bread sauce - must remember some for Christmas with the cranberry, I love it. If there is any left over, I'll eat it on its own with mash.
