I've got monk fish tails. Bought them frozen (I think it makes a difference) what would be the best way to cook them?

I'm having them with mushroom risotto...

I fry mine in butter and squeeze lemon juice into the pan at the end of cooking. If its off the bone then maybe slice into escalopes first?

I would bake them with clams and white wine and make a sauce. You could throw in a few prawns too. Delicuious!

I have king prawns to go with it :-)

I'm planning on making the risotto nice and creamy...so hopefully can get away with not having a sauce.

I pan fried them then popped them in the oven. They were lovely :-)
