Hi all, I have just made a hot water crust pork pie which was yummie. I used a pigs trotter for the jelly and poured it in the hole in the top of the pastry, but the pastry absorbed it all, although is was nice and moist it wasn't like you buy in the shop

probably the oldest drinkable beer, but beer's been around a lot longer. it's thought that even as early as 8,000 bc in the middle east, grain was being used to make alcoholic drinks as much as or possibly more than for bread.

Agree mosaic, but we've never seen earlier beer in a bottle?
