This seems a relatively easy process according to some of the websites on Google. Have any of you made your own and if so how do you compare it with shop brought brands? Another thing is you need a coagulant such as nigari (natural magnesium chloride) natural calcium sulfate. Can you get these from the supermarket?

You can get all the ingredients from a health food shop. I've never seen them in a supermarket
