I have made a pork terrine and during the process I cracked an egg into the mixture which was obviously off. I managed to get the smelly yolk out (which had split) but not the watery white which drizzled though the contents of the bowl. I continued with the mixture and have cooked the terrine but am worried that it is not safe to eat - can you advise?

I can't give you an answer to that, but since the same thing happened to me when making in a yorkshire pudding mix, I always crack eggs into a jug beforehand, just to make doubly sure it hasn't gone off!
P.S. I personally wouldn't eat it, but others may say it's ok to do so. Good luck!
