Cider vinegar and weight loss

Have you or someone you know lost weight by drinking cider vinegar?
If yes, how many teaspoons to how much water and when do you drink it i.e before meals, with meals or after meals?

It's a myth miss - doesn't worl
A couple of teaspoonfuls in a glass of water, with meals. Incidentally, this will quench anyone's thirst after just a mouthful or two, no matter how thirsty they are. But it has to be cider vinegar, not any other.
I tried Cider Vinegar for the reason you have given and i'm afraid it made me ill.......don't try it;see your GP instead.
