Voices are available from Microsoft. Want Bill Gates's on there? Nope.
Another way is to install apps that add a voice as a component .. like Microsoft Autoroute.

Additional voices are not available for windows 7 unless you purchase them from another vendor! (and even then they are problematic to install if you have a 64bit version of windows7)

Thanks people. My system is a 64 bit version of Win7. Billy boy has done it again and left us with not much to enhance our systems!!!
