I have bought a morrisons rolled turkey breast and the cooking instructions are not on it. could anyone please tell me how to cook it?

That's strange, cooking instructions are always on the wrapper. Forgive if you've already done this, but my first thought would be to 'phone the store.

This should give you an idea as I've a large turkey breast (not rolled) this year. The weight is 2.2kg - the cooking time is 1hr 50 mins at 190 - then rest for 30 mins.

I will probably put it in a medium roasting tin with a lemon, onion and some herbs placed inside the cavity, thoroughly butter (or oil) all over, and then cover with buttered, pleated foil cover - remove foil to brown for about last 30 mins. Cover and rest (the turkey, not you!)

You're much better off with a real one. That stuff from Morrison's is vile.
