just bought one of these. do you still use oil, say for roasting spuds? it was one of those impulse buys, now its home i dont really know why i bought it cos we have a selection of non stick trays and pans!

Is it one of those sheets that looks like shiny paper?If so,you will find 101 uses for it,except things like roasties,cos I recon they need the oil to get a good colour and flavour.Biscuits come out great,sliding off!If you just pop it on your tray,even though the tray is non stick,it will help prolong the life of the tray.
