has anyone tried making it? I'm just giving it a trial run for Christmas! Having it with a roast tonight, looks gorgeous in her Winter Collection cook book!

Hi sprinter,
I left out the garlic, I love garlic but others in the house aren't so keen.

i love roasted root veg of any variety, totally delish. my other half doesn't like garlic either so i never crush or chop it, but sometimes i put a few whole cloves in to roast with the rest of the veg. it barely flavours it but means i can have the roasted cloves all to myself, very soft and creamy and worth a try sachs.
