  • No. Dieting only damages your body. General healthy eating and exercise is the only way to keep the weight down permanently. - 373 votes

  • Mostly it doesn't work in the long-term. Particularly crash dieting. The weight lost is quickly piled back on soon after diet finishes - 176 votes
