Hi all

I was recently at a buffet where they had various Indian snack-type foods like samosas and bhajis etc. There was one that was really nice, it was sort of like a rectangular hash brown but with some kind of cheese in the middle.

Anyone got any idea what it might have been? I don\\\'t normally eat Indian food as I don\\\'t like spicy things but this wasn\\\'t hot.

Possibly cheese pakoras. The cheese may have been Panir which is the most common of the few cheeses in Indian Cuisine.

How to make then here.

That looks about right - thanks!
According to my interpretation, it must Cheese Balls. Usually, people tend to have cheese balls in their snacks menu for the party as they’re very easy to make. If you also want to try making these cheese balls at home, visit Living Foodz website. The website offers great recipes for every occasion.
