I have made some tomato, plum and apple chutney and it hasn't thickened. Does anyone have any suggestions to solve this? Thanks.

You can reduce it down but this is not always the answer as it can concentrate the flavours. My best advice would be to use some cornflour. 1 teaspoon in a cup mix to smooth pastewith water. add a tiny bit more of water to paste to make it runny the add that into chutney and boil. If it is still not thick enough keep on adding one teaspoon at a time until it gets to your desired consistency.
