Chillis

Ive got three chilli bushes in my green house with about a hundred chillis on them .Apart from giving them away what can i do with them.They are green at the moment about 4 inches long

You can freeze them and use them over the next 6 months. It's a lot easier than drying them.

They can also be pickled whole.

Thanks folks.I pickled them last year with quails eggs.I ended up eating the eggs and throwing the rest away.

You can put them in nice bottles and cover in olive oil, wrap the bottles in nice paper, they make lovely christmas gifts, loads of way to do this, type chilli oil into search engine, it would be a waste to throw them away and you could share with friends and family

Its funny you coming up with that coz thats what im going to do..Ill do combinations of garlic chilli and other stuff ..Ta
